Last week I got a remote starter installed and I LOVE it!!! I’ve already used it a couple times and it works beautifully!!! And as a woman somewhat uncomfortable in dealing with “car things” working with the staff at Sound Investment was awesome…I felt taken care of and not taken advantage of. I recommend these guys for vehicle remote starter and car radios. I can’t tell you the number of cold winter mornings over the last few years that my remote start let me jump into an already warm vehicle. My wife loves hers too. Plus its better to let your car run for a few minutes when you start it before driving off. I had an issue with one of the key fobs and they warrantied it the same day. Great service. I also had a stereo head unit put in my truck. The owner fixed my existing speakers (broken wire) instead of replacing them so he saved me money. I will definitely go back when I need more work. I was so pleased with the great help and service I received from both of the employees that I dealt with. As a female dealing with a car problem , I have often felt in the past that a sales person was trying to sell me something more than what I needed, but Sound Investment actually charged me less than I was quoted over the phone. Really awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Went in because my speakers stopped working and I needed a header replaced. At first they thought my speakers had blown, but they discovered it was corroded contacts, much cheaper repair they did with no hassle.

Recently when my siriusXM stopped working completely for signal issues, I finally called back to Sound Investment to get it fixed. (Justin I think) said they had actually been trying to get a hold of me since they saw my yelp review months ago, but my yelp had my maiden name initial so they couldn’t find any record of an Amber O. They immediately squeezed me in for a saturday appointment as the wires had once again fallen down onto the brake pedal. He apologized profusely as they would never want someone driving around with the loose wires and they wish I had called earlier to get them fixed. So I felt like a bit of a jerk.

When I got my car back this time it was 100 times better. They even figured out a way to mount the antenna on the outside for the best possible signal, and moved the microphone for bluetooth from the visor to behind the steering wheel. I didn’t even ask for these awesome fixes so they really went above and beyond. Goes to show that once you drive away from your first install, don’t assume it’s the end. Call them back and let them get it right. They will not disappoint, and they really mean business with that guarantee!Amber Y., Yelp
